PSI is headed by an Executive Director and governed by a board of directors consisting of seven members, four females and three males. The seven member board is legally, financially, and morally responsible for the organization. They attend meetings, which are forums for discussion of important topics such as strategic planning, financial budgets, project proposals, and approval of resolutions. The board supports the ED and the senior management team to ensure the organizations mission and vision is accomplished through programs and activities.
The ED, an appointee of the board heads and directs the Management team of 3 senior staff that includes the Head of Programs and Operations, Finance and Human Resource Manager and Administration Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organization. The Executive Director also participates in evaluating progress and outcomes of programs and giving recommendations of programs when needed to improve organizational performance.
